Purchase

Q:  Is there stock of each piece available or are they made to order?
A:  Each item is made with love, to order.

Q:  How do I find the price of an item?
A:  Please contact us with the item of interest along with any ideas for customisation so that we can accurately quote your piece. 

Q:  Can I order bulk pieces or engage you in commercial work?
A:  Yes! Commercial and bulk orders are welcomed. The minimum order for chairs is 12, due to shipping.

Q:  What is the turn around time for the completion of my piece, once ordered?
A:  You should allow up to six week, including shipping.

Q:  What are your payment terms?
A:  We ask for a 20% deposit before work on your piece will commence and for full payment to be made prior to collection or shipping.

Q:  Do you have any stockists I can visit?
A:  No yet.


Materials

Q:  Can I customise a piece that I like through material choice?
A:  Yes! Each piece can be made using a range of timbers including Oak, Cherry, Maple, Walnut and White Ash. Dining Table No.1 and Sofa No.1 can be made to a specific size. Sofa No.1 however is not available in Cherry but the cushion fabric can be selected by you, the customer. 

Q:  Will my piece come with a warranty?
A:  Due to the high quality materials, we guarantee a 5 year structural warranty with our pieces. 

Q:  Can I use my piece as outdoor furniture?
A:  All of our furniture is made with intended indoor use. We do not recommend using our pieces in an outdoor setting. The warranty will be void is furniture is found to be exposed to direct sunlight and weather. 


Shipping

Q:  What are your shipping options?
A:  Furniture can be shipped to all Australian capital cities. Pricing varies depending on item and shipping location.
